Use the purchase email
You must send the email from the same email used to purchase.
There are no exceptions.
If you send us an email which has not been used to purchase Fathom claiming that you used a different email to make the purchase you will not get a response.
This is to protect you from someone else sending us an email claiming to be you and attempting to use your account or product.
Your account will be updated with a free license for the full Fathom Vector.
Please Write a KVR Review
Beta Testers must write a brief Fathom review on KVR.
Make sure you review after you have tried the new features.
One or two sentences is fine.
Click on “I Own This” and “Favorites” if you wish to support us.
Please do not include opinions about the new license system. Licensing should be viewed as separate from a product performance review. Opinions about licensing should be sent directly to our support email.

What to Test
The Installer
The license installation is a one button press. If it works as designed it will be the easiest license installation in the industry. So please use it for the first time with an open mind.
Report your experience and we will fix any problems immediately.
Intel AVX Parallel Processing
We know you are all eager to see the speed difference with AVX.
Please be aware that AVX will not make everything run faster. It simply makes all the oscillator detune voices parallel. This gives you detune voices over 3 for free. For instance an oscillator running 8 oscillators on AVX will have the same load as 2 voices.
You will not see a difference between oscillators with one voices and there is no difference in filter or effects performance.
Also, all oscillators now have new have block processing so you will also see an increase in oscillator performance even without any AVX enabled.
Metamorphic Oscillator
This will probably be the most advanced oscillator in the industry.
When you use it you will see why. The wave shaping features are extensive. In addition there are features not found in any other synth such as skip cycle processing on almost all the wave shaping options.
There is also a phase page built into the oscillator with the most advanced phasing options ever programmed into a synth. Also included are Bezier curves over the spectrum. Partials have also been increased from 400 to 500.
16 Channel Digital Delay
All channels can be routed into each other in any combination you can imagine.
In addition, all the dials can be modulated!
The internal algorithm keeps track of routing at runtime and blocks feedback loops. So you are free to experiment aggressively without fear of any dangerous feedback.
Host Scan
If your host initially has problems scanning the plugin follow these steps.
Do not run Install.exe or reinstall your license.
The license is not the problem.
If you are running Windows 7
Verify you are running Service Pack 1 or later.
SP1 is required to run Intel AVX in Windows 7.
